Clean the flowers and hair in the control box. 2. Loosen the warp yarn and remove the burrs under the heald and the breast beam. Too much hair at the bottom of the breast beam will damage the air pipe of the auxiliary nozzle. Too much flowers under the steel box can easily cause box channels or damage the front teeth. 3. Blow off the hair under the hinge of the heald frame, clean the oil stains under the cloth roller, blow off the hair on the side of the warp feeding motor, and do cleaning work after the machine. 4. Clean the weft storage device: clean the flying flowers in the winding reel and the floating flowers around the tensioner. 5. Cleaning of the belt edge grinder: Cleaning the edge grinder head is the key to reducing defective cloth with rough edges, and it should be cleaned perfectly. (II) Check the leno device and tension device 1. Remove dust and accumulated fluff between the sliders at the edge of the yarn roller. 2. Check the guide pins and yarn guides to keep them smooth. 3. Check whether the pull-in is correct and whether the hinge edge works. 4. Check whether the tension proximity switch and damper work and whether the screws are loose. (III) Inspection of the side support of the flower machine 1. Where conditions permit, side supports are required. 2. If not, remove the side support and carefully check whether the teeth of the side support are bent or damaged. 3. Check whether the side support tooth ring rotates flexibly and remove the ring in the tooth ring. 4. Carefully check whether the two nylon rings are worn, because after the nylon ring is damaged, one will reduce the support effect and the other will produce wear marks on the surface of the cloth. 5. The assembly specifications of the side support should be strict. In particular, the cloth edge at the side support, the warp yarn at the edge of the steel box, and the warp yarn at the edge of the heald frame should be in a straight line. This is because the loom has a high speed, high friction, and the side support position is not assembled in a standardized manner, which will lead to edge defects and, in severe cases, easy wear of the steel box. The maintenance of the flower loom requires cleaning of the entire machine, inspection of the leno device and tension device, and inspection of the side support, etc., in order to more effectively ensure the normal use of the equipment and improve work efficiency.
