The maintenance cycle of the motor used by each flowering machine is different. The motor maintenance mainly checks the bearings, replaces the oil or refuels the bearings. The wiring connector is checked once a year for level 6 and level 8, half a year for level 4, and once every three months for level 2. In addition, it is necessary to confirm whether the fan blades are deformed. Generally speaking, the higher the number of motor poles, the stricter the requirements. Let's learn about it! Regular maintenance includes: 1. Clean the motor and remove dust and sludge outside the motor bracket in time. If the use environment is dusty, clean it once a day. 2. Check and clean the motor terminals and check whether the wiring screws of the terminal box are loose and burned. 3. Check each fixed part screw (floor screw, end cover screw, bearing cover screw, etc.) and tighten the loose nuts. 4. Check the transmission device to confirm the pulley or coupling is strong, damaged, or not firmly installed. Whether the belt and its coupling buckle are intact. 5. The starting equipment of the motor should also wipe the external dust in time. Check whether there are burn marks on each wiring part and whether the ground wire is good. 6. Bearing inspection and maintenance. The bearing needs to be cleaned and replaced with grease or lubricating oil after a period of use. The time for cleaning and oil change depends on the working conditions, working environment, cleanliness, and type of lubricant of the motor. It needs to be cleaned once every six months, and the grease needs to be changed every 3 to 6 months. When the temperature is high, or the environmental conditions are poor, the motor with a lot of dust should be cleaned and oiled frequently. 7. Insulation inspection. The insulation capacity of the insulating material depends on the degree of dryness, so it is important to check the dryness of the motor winding. The humid electrical working environment and the presence of corrosive gases in the studio will damage the electrical insulation. The most common is the winding grounding fault, that is, the insulation damage causes the charged part to often collide with the metal part such as the casing that should not be charged. This fault will not only affect the normal operation of the motor, but also endanger personal safety. Therefore, when the motor is in use, the insulation resistance should be checked frequently, and the grounding of the motor casing should be ensured to be reliable. 8. According to the above items, in addition to regular maintenance of the motor, it should be overhauled once a year after operation. The purpose of the overhaul is to inspect and maintain the motor, make up for the deficiencies and worn parts of the motor, remove dust and dirt inside and outside the motor, check the insulation status, clean the bearings, and check the wear status.
