Flowering machine is a common equipment in the textile industry. When designing, it is necessary to consider not only greatly increasing production and developing new varieties, but also continuously improving product quality. The goal is to make the designed flower machine small in size, light in weight, high in efficiency, good in quality, simple in structure, easy to use and maintain, less in material consumption, and low in cost, strive to catch up with the world's advanced level, and continuously meet the needs of home and abroad. To achieve the above requirements, designers need to consider the technical and economic indicators of the flower machine, such as the processing range, output, quality, safety, consumption, labor required, operation and maintenance performance, manufacturing process, cost, adoption of new technologies and "three modernizations" (serialization, generalization, standardization) of the flower machine. The various technical and economic indicators are interrelated and influence each other. Therefore, when designing, it is necessary to follow the principles, policies and specific requirements of the Party and the State, not only consider safety, but also grasp the important points, handle the relationship between each other, and achieve the purpose of more, faster, better and cheaper. When dealing with the relationship between the manufacture and use of the flower opening machine, we should base ourselves on the latter and consider the use aspect more. We should not emphasize the manufacturing convenience unilaterally and affect the use performance, because the manufacture of the machine is only a stage, and the use of the flower opening machine is the purpose. Creation is only temporary, while use is long-term. Of course, without affecting the use, we should consider the manufacturing convenience as much as possible, which is conducive to the improvement of productivity and the reduction of costs. When analyzing and designing the mechanical part of the flower opening machine, we should follow the principle of "more loosening, less beating, early falling, less broken and less return of flowers". For example, some openers adopt the method of relatively rotating double beater rollers and control ribs. In order to reduce the damage to the fiber by striking and impurity removal, the principle of thorn-drop combing impurity removal is first applied to the flowering machine equipment, which improves the impurity and dust removal effect, achieves early falling and less broken, and reduces the equipment footprint by 50% compared with traditional equipment, reduces the impurity removal air volume by 70% compared with traditional equipment, and consumes 54% less power than traditional equipment.
