Korean custom old clothes separation button zipper equipment project

According to incomplete statistics, thousands of tons of old clothes are thrown away as garbage every day. If not properly disposed of, this will cause great damage and impact on the environment.
In order to solve this problem, Mr. Park from South Korea specially cooperated with our company to customize this old clothes recycling production line.

This is also our second time working together.

According to Mr. Park, buttons and zippers are separated from old clothes and then combed into fibers. After processing, they can be made into various household items, decorations, and even houses.

The entire production line consists of two opening machines and an impurity removal equipment. During the equipment production process, Mr. Park and Mr. Ham specially came to our factory from South Korea to discuss and modify the details.

On November 16, under the supervision of our engineers, the equipment was officially put into operation in the factory in South Korea.

After continuous testing, the discussion equipment finally reached its final state. This is a very pleasant cooperation. Both parties learn from each other and achieve win-win cooperation. We hope that our recycling equipment can solve the problem of Korean used clothes as soon as possible.
