When the cotton feeding is timed, the beater speed is high, and the opening and impurity removal effect is good. But if the speed is too high, the impurities are easy to break, and it is easy to swing white flowers or produce tight cotton bundles, and the impurity content of the cotton is reduced. The beater speed is generally 500-000 rpm. When processing raw materials with long fibers, less impurities or poor maturity, a lower beater speed is usually used. 2. The distance from the beater to the cotton feeding roller. This distance affects the tearing force of the beater blade penetrating into the cotton layer. The smaller the distance, the better the opening effect, but too small the distance is easy to damage the fiber. A036 Japanese porcupine cotton opener is suitable for spinning cotton fibers below 31 mm. This gauge is 6 mm and cannot be adjusted. When processing chemical fibers, the reference distance is 11 mm. 3. The gauge from the beater to the dust bar is gradually enlarged from the inlet to the outlet as the cotton block gradually loosens and becomes larger. When the gauge is small, the cotton block is more likely to be blocked by the dust bar, and the cotton drop increases. On the contrary, when the gauge is large, the cotton drop decreases. Generally, when spinning medium-sized yarn, the inlet gauge is 10~12 mm and the outlet gauge is 17~18.5 mm. Since this gauge is not easy to adjust, it is generally not adjusted when the properties of the raw cotton do not change much. 4. The gauge from the beater to the cotton stripping knife is preferably smaller, generally 1.5~ 2 mm. When it is too large, the beater is easy to return the flower and cause the silk. The opener has the advantages of reasonable structure, compact model, low noise, high output, good processing effect, small fiber damage, simple and convenient operation structure.
