In order to reduce the number of bonding fibers in the lower dust cage and keep the ratio of bonding fibers in the upper and lower dust cages at about 7:3, a single bonding fiber is used in the production, namely the left and right sides of the lower dust cage. The air duct is sealed and closed under the dust cage to absorb the bonding fibers, which has a significant effect on preventing bonding. This is because during molding, the dust cage compresses the fiber layer to the inner layer. Since the inner layer is thicker, the bonding force between the fibers is strong. Therefore, when the inner layer fibers are unwound on the carding machine, the inner layer fibers are not easy to be wound. Adhere to the outer layer of the unrolled chemical fiber roll to prevent the occurrence of sticky rolls. According to the above reasons, special equipment for chemical fiber processing is designed, and a single dust cage is used to concentrate fibers.
