The structure of the double twisting unit of the double twisting machine mainly includes the spindle braking device, the spindle part of the double twisting machine, the yarn winding device, and the special device of the double twisting unit.

Carding machines are used to process cotton fibers and chemical fibers and belong to textile machinery. According to the spinning process, carding is an important process. The front process of the carding machine is the opening and cleaning machine, and the latter process is the drawing frame (carding process) or the sliver coiler (combing process).

(1) Raw sliver ration The sliver ration should not be too light or too heavy, 20-25g/5m will affect the output or quality of carding and avoid general control. The quantity of sliver is closely related to the output of the carding machine and the quality of the sliver. It can be mastered according to the following basic principles: (1) The difference between cotton and chemical fibers: chemical fiber textile cotton should generally be decelerated quantitatively. Ratio, especially good elasticity, low density, and long chemical and fiber spinning difficulties. (2) Spinning thick and special yarns above 32tex: There may be a big difference in quantitative analysis according to the use of different yarns and spinning techniques of the enterprise.

For example, medium-coarse and special-grade yarns made of chopped flowers, broken seeds, and low-grade cotton as raw materials, as well as yarns using canvas, shoe lining or fleece fabrics, the quantitative data can take part of the middle value, while for our general main purpose rotors Yarn can be more emphasis on research and selection. (3) Speed ​​1. Doffer speed development Generally, cotton-based chemical fiber enterprises can use a doffer speed that is higher than that of pure cotton. For chemical fibers with poor spinnability and medium-length chemical fibers, the doffer speed should be lower; small diameter doffer speed should be lower; The speed of the machine is continuously increased in proportion to the actual working size. The influence of cylinder and licker-in rotation speed on carding: (1) Xinjinlong's rotation speed plays a leading role in the carding of the whole machine. (2) The rotation speed of the licker-in is related to the pre-carding degree of the carding machine, the airflow of the rear belly, and the properties of the noil. Excessive requirements on the speed of the squeegee can easily cause fiber cell damage and complicated noil control. (3) The surface speed of the transfer drum and the ratio of the fibers from the licker-in of the punching drum to the drum, suitable for chemical fibers, when spinning when the cotton spinning speed is preferably 1.7 or more male 2.0, 2.0 or more ratio of long fibers, Also higher than it should be.

When determining the speed of Xinjinlong and licker-in, the mechanical equipment status of the carding machine should also be fully considered. The Xinjinlong speed of FA201B type carding machine is 360r/min when spinning cotton and 330r/min when spinning chemical fiber; the speed of licker roller is 930r/min when spinning cotton and 800r/min when spinning chemical fiber. (4) The total draft amount of the drafting card is based on the ratio of raw sliver and the ratio of feeding wire rod.

The draft ratio of the blowing-carding feeding box or the double coil is larger, and the sliver ratio is the decisive factor. The noil amount of each machine should be as close as possible, and the drawing process of spinning similar machines should be uniform.
