In terms of the nature of the motion, the high-speed chopper swing is obviously unreasonable, incompatible with the requirements of modern high-speed cards, and due to the chopper action, the reciprocal swing is discontinuous in stripping, resulting in short segments of uneven sliver. So, don't use this mechanism to keep hitting new highs, fast, and producing cards.
